We partnered with System Catalyst, a storytelling and systems-change initiative supported by leaders from the Skoll Foundation, Virgin Unite, and the Aspen Institute.

Our role was to design and manage audience growth systems that helped their conversations reach the people who could act on them. Over eight months, we helped System Catalyst grow from fewer than 500 subscribers to a community of over 20,000 engaged readers — all while implementing first-party analytics and privacy-first attribution across their digital ecosystem.

System Catalyst convenes the people who move systems — CEOs, founders, and strategists behind some of the world’s most effective philanthropic and social-impact organizations. From Jean Oelwang (Virgin Unite) and Don Gips (Skoll Foundation) to Ai-Jen Poo (National Domestic Workers Alliance) and Jacqueline Novogratz (Acumen), it brings together leadership shaping how global health, equity, and development actually work.

We also led audience strategy and content development for partnerships with the Skoll Foundation, Aspen Institute, and Virgin Unite — creating lead-generation campaigns, editorial content, and copy that turned complex ideas into accessible, actionable storytelling.
